{"id":3704,"date":"2025-08-21T19:22:18","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T19:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kancelariamichalkowalski.pl\/?p=3704"},"modified":"2025-10-17T13:55:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T13:55:41","slug":"systemy-ai-wysokiego-ryzyka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prawonowychtechnologii.pl\/index.php\/2025\/08\/21\/systemy-ai-wysokiego-ryzyka\/","title":{"rendered":"Systemy AI wysokiego ryzyka"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systemy AI wysokiego ryzyka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozporz\u0105dzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2024\/1689 z dnia 13 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie ustanowienia zharmonizowanych przepis\u00f3w dotycz\u0105cych sztucznej inteligencji oraz zmiany rozporz\u0105dze\u0144 (WE) nr 300\/2008, (UE) nr 167\/2013, (UE) nr 168\/2013, (UE) 2018\/858, (UE) 2018\/1139 i (UE) 2019\/2144 oraz dyrektyw 2014\/90\/UE, (UE) 2016\/797 i (UE) 2020\/1828 (<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PL\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202401689\">akt w sprawie sztucznej inteligencji<\/a>)\u00a0, zwany skr\u00f3towo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu\/en\/policies\/regulatory-framework-ai\">AI Act to akt prawny, k\u00f3ry ustanawia, jak to okre\u015bla Komisja Europejska<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<em>pierwsze w historii ramy prawne dotycz\u0105ce sztucznej inteligencji, kt\u00f3re uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 zagro\u017cenia zwi\u0105zane ze sztuczn\u0105 inteligencj\u0105 i stawiaj\u0105 Europ\u0119 w roli globalnego lider<\/em>a. <a href=\"https:\/\/prawonowychtechnologii.pl\/2025\/08\/19\/akt-w-sprawie-sztucznej-inteligencji\/\">Wi\u0119cej o AI Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klasyfikacja system\u00f3w AI jako system\u00f3w AI wysokiego ryzyka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AI Act w art. 6 ust. 1 stanowi, \u017ce bez wzgl\u0119du na to, czy system AI wprowadza si\u0119 do obrotu lub oddaje do u\u017cytku niezale\u017cnie od produkt\u00f3w, o kt\u00f3rych mowa w lit. a) i b), taki system AI uznaje si\u0119 za system wysokiego ryzyka, je\u017celi spe\u0142nione s\u0105 oba poni\u017csze warunki:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) system AI jest przeznaczony do wykorzystania jako zwi\u0105zany z bezpiecze\u0144stwem element produktu obj\u0119tego unijnym prawodawstwem harmonizacyjnym wymienionym w za\u0142\u0105czniku I lub sam system AI jest takim produktem;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) produkt, kt\u00f3rego zwi\u0105zanym z bezpiecze\u0144stwem elementem jest zgodnie z lit. a) system AI, lub sam system AI jako produkt podlegaj\u0105 \u2013 na podstawie unijnego prawodawstwa harmonizacyjnego wymienionego w za\u0142\u0105czniku I \u2013 ocenie zgodno\u015bci przez stron\u0119 trzeci\u0105 w zwi\u0105zku z wprowadzeniem tego produktu do obrotu lub oddaniem go do u\u017cytku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systemy AI wymienione w za\u0142\u0105czniku III do AI Act<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AI Act za systemy wysokiego ryzyka uznaje tak\u017ce systemy AI, o kt\u00f3rych mowa w za\u0142\u0105czniku III do AI Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W za\u0142\u0105czniku tym wymieniono osiem obszar\u00f3w, takich jak np. biometria, infrastruktura krytyczna, zatrudnienie, zarz\u0105dzanie pracownikami i dost\u0119p do samozatrudnienia, a w ramach tych obszar\u00f3w poszczeg\u00f3lne rodzaje system\u00f3w AI, np. systemy AI przeznaczone do wykorzystywania do cel\u00f3w rekrutacji lub wyboru os\u00f3b fizycznych.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Systemy AI wysokiego ryzyka.
